Master Services
One of the most important services that we can provide for rapid prototyping is
in the area of master preparation. The layering method of building rapid prototype
models requires that the surface of the masters be hand finished or benched. Our
background in model making gives us the experience needed to provide high quality,
dimensionally accurate surface finishes.
Duplication Service
Plastic casting is a little known engineering process, similar to metal casting.
However, plastic casting can achieve greater clarity of design. Nearly any detail
from threads, to textures, the finest gloss finish may be cast in place. A wide
variety of castable materials are available to provide for almost any requirement
a designer may demand. These features include:
- Complex shapes with extensive detail
- Urgent need for parts with a short lead time
- Cast in place threaded inserts
- High temperature applications
Tooling Services
We can provide you with as few or as many parts as you may need. Our services are
geared to meet most needs in the prototyping and short run arenas. Our varied selection
of tooling types allow us to fulfill those needs. If you need 5 parts or 10,000
parts we can recommend a tooling application.
